Cheesy Lee's Amazing Pizza
''Cheesy Lee's'' has brought Estes it`s own style of amazing pizzas. Tom and Heather Hinks, along with her father Ron Grey, have finally made their five-year dream come true. They`ve recently opened ''Cheesy Lee`s'' Estes Park Style Amazing Pizza and they are already discovering some exciting success.
One could say that their ''love'' goes deeper than what fits on a pizza crust. Tom and Heather met over 10 years ago while working at one of the big chain pizza places in Denver. Through the years of working together, and making a significant impression on the pizza industry, they fell in love, married and started working on their dream of owning their own pizza place.
''I suppose we could say that pizza has always been in our veins,'' said Tom.
Initially, they attempted to purchase a pizza location from within the pizza chain they had spent so many years working in. When that didn`t work out, they decided to look at doing their own thing.
''Dad, we want to own a pizza restaurant and we want it to be in Estes Park. Can you help us make that happen?'' said Ron about a conversation between him and his kids a few years ago.
Ron has lived in Allenspark for seven years and he too has worked in the food industry and sales for many years. The family started to look for locations, decided on the name and they opened their doors and turned on the lights in March to their very own place. Ron came up with the restaurant name, utilizing the family name ''Lee.'' Coming from Lee County Kentucky, Ron`s family has given each of his children the middle name ''Lee'' and the next generation has used it too. ''So we decided it was a fun and appropriate name to have for our restaurant.''
Ron remembers the hours of dough trials and errors, ''we must have gone through 225 pounds of flour, when we were figuring out how we wanted our crust to be.'' Even with all of their pizza experience, the family utilized the help of a couple of professional chefs to help them tweak their sauce to its smooth and tangy perfection.
Tom and Heather met while working at a big chain pizza place and now are owners of ''Cheesy Lee's.'' ''They've got pizza in their veins.'' (D Holmes)of the amazing pizza`s and their titles are their own creations.
''We would bring home favorite recipes and combinations from vacations and from home,'' said Tom.
The pizza`s you`ll find at Cheesy Lee`s include the Amazing 14-ner, The Amazing Summit, The Block and Cleaver, The Amazing Tropic, The Amazing Harvest and the Mountain Canadian. Each pizza has it`s own unique blend of delicious toppings. If one of their specialty pizza`s don`t suit your taste buds, then you can easily build your own, which is bound to be amazing as well.
Pizza`s aren`t all you can enjoy while dining in or picking up to enjoy at home. Cheesy Lee`s also has a menu with sandwiches, salads, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks.
They have a comfortable indoor eating area and their patio will be a big hit in the summer.
Cheesy Lee`s is happy to deliver anywhere in Estes for a $1 delivery charge. They are open every day from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. and they are located at 861 Moraine Avenue.

TimeOut Sports Grill And Tap House
The newest restaurant in Estes Park and the restaurant that is striving to be different from all the rest of the restaurants. The TimeOut Sports Grill & Tap House is for everyone... sports fans and young and older families, so don't eliminate this restaurant from your list if you have a family.
As Brant explained to us ''I looked around and saw what was missing for a dining experience in Estes Park and I brought Southern Cooking to Estes Park.''
We experienced a couple of his signature dishes:
Southern Comfort BBQ Chicken Sandwich: A fantastic all natural chicken breast grilled to perfection then wrapped in pepper jack cheese topped with sauteed onions and then smothered in our spicy Southern Comfort BBQ Sauce. The BBQ Sauce is a in-house specialty, made from scratch… and don’t be shy to ask for a bit more of the BBQ Sauce.
Blackened Mahi Sandwich: A fantastic piece of flaky and mild Mahi Mahi blackened and served atop a fresh bun, topped with lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayo.
We decided to have TimeOut fries and Beer Battered Onion Rings with both meals.
The service was top notch, with smiles from the servers and hostess. The whole restaurant was decorated with sports memorabilia and the restaurant also has a sports gift shop of many interesting sports collectibles.
Next time you are in Estes Park, stop by The TimeOut Sports Grill & Tap House and ask for Brent. He will be thrilled to welcome to Estes Park’s newest restaurant.

Bob and Tony's Pizza
''Karen... Your Pizza Is Ready!''
Those are the words that can be heard throughout the crowded restaurant each and every day (just change the name). I have no idea how many pizzas are baked and made each day... but I can assure you, it is a lot!
If you want a delicious pizza, made exactly the way you want it to, then go to Bob & Tony's Pizza TODAY!
Along with the great pizza is the largest, fresh salad bar in Estes Park. And don't forget Linda's homemade soup that is changed each and every day. I can't even start to pick my favorite soup.
If you lucky, you might hit the day that Linda's homemade chili is available. What a great chili!
The whole family is at the restaurant each and every day to make sure that you have the best food and the best time. There is a game room for the kids (and maybe even the adults, too).
So stop by, grab a table (before you even order), step up to the counter and in a short time you will hear ''YOUR NAME... Your Pizza Is Ready!''

Deleo's Park Theater Deli
If you’re looking for the “Deli Lama,” you’ve found him at Deleo’s Deli which is located right here in Estes Park next to the historic Park Theater. As you pass by the large window, his life-size caricature greets you and invites you inside. As you pass through the red door, you can see hundreds of photographs of friends and acquaintances, pictures colored by children, comments by many satisfied customers and memorabilia like old kites on the wall. The deli certainly is a conversation piece.
And then you meet Tom…the tall, bald, friendly, humorously funny owner of DeLeo’s Deli who makes it what it is. One customer said he’d give it an extra star just for Tom. He is one of a kind, hysterical, loves what he does and loves people.
Tom’s sandwiches are all named after movies from The Terminator to Chicken Run. His specialty sandwich, which is the Great Reuboni, is totally outrageous. Come with an appetite because they are huge! And don’t forget to try his homemade soup. We had our favorite, Zorro’s Brew which is a spicy soup filled with beef and sausage. Tom makes his own baked beans which taste like they are from his own hometown of Boston. You could eat a bowl of them for lunch! Dessert is homemade cupcakes or cookies. You can’t go wrong with either…they are delicious.
If you're looking for an excellent sandwich in Estes Park and want an experience, you need to go to DeLeo’s Park Theater Deli. It won’t be your last time!

Loved those baked beans. Fun place. Bill 4. Delicious deli sandwiches! You have our recommendation. John and Pam 5. Loved that Youtube!! Stan 6. a very expensive sandwhich. Much too large and cannot buy just the sandwhich which is silly and a waste of food if one doesn't want to eat the rest. Claudia Reply: From Tom Deleo: We pride ourselves with our large sandwiches, which many people return for again & again. A lot of people share a single sandwich and we would be happy to wrap up your half of sandwich to take home. 7. Delicious authentic NY Deli food. Loved it! Val 8. The very BEST sandwich in town!
