Seven Keys to Baldpate by George M. Cohan
A best selling author plans to win a bet by writing a novel in less than 24 hours. Seeking solitude, he goes to a summer resort in the dead of winter but his stay at the Baldpate Inn is interrupted by a steady stream of visitors... each bearing ''the only key to the Baldpate in existence''. Crooked politicians, bribe money, blackmail, true love, betrayal, double cross, a reporter’s news scoop, and a friendly wager collide in this mysterious, melodramatic farce.
The play is to be performed onsite at our outdoor Baldpate Inn Mystery Theater located seven miles south of Estes Park. Tickets will be available for purchase beginning June 1, 2010 through the Baldpate Inn at 866-577-5397. Performed on stage live at the outdoor Baldpate Mystery Theater Friday evenings, July 9, 23 and August 6, 13 and Saturday afternoon July 10, 24 and August 7, 14.
