1.LULA DORSEY (YMCA)
Today, the Dorsey Museum includes a 5,000 square foot main building, two historic cabins and a shed housing a circa 1900 Studebaker freight wagon. The museum includes historic room settings, galleries, an archaeology display and much more. The museum is located on the campus of the Estes Park YMCA Center and is open to the public.

2. ENOS MILLS CABIN
Enos Mills is best known for being the 'Father of Rocky Mountain National Park', after his six year struggle to educate the public and Congress of the importance of setting aside large land areas for preservation of scenery and the wild life inhabitants. He was also an author, photographer, nature guide, innkeeper, lecturer, and adventurer. The Enos Mills Cabin is an unconventional Museum that was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on July 3, 1973. Enos' son-in-law and daughter transformed the homestead cabin Enos built in 1885 into an informal dedication to Enos' many achievements that have impacted millions of people around the world.

3. BALDPATE INN KEY ROOM (SEASONAL)
It is said that the competition between guests became so fierce to bring the best and most exotic each year that the Mace's decided to begin a display of all the keys. This was the beginning of the world's largest key collection. The collection boasts over 20,000 keys including examples from the Pentagon, Westminster Abby, Mozart's wine cellar, and even Frankenstein's castle to name a few. |

4. MORAINE MUSEUM (SEASONAL)
Moraine Park Visitor Center / Museum in Rocky Mountain National Park is an historic building with interactive exhibits on the past and present landscape, a bookstore, a half-mile nature trail with brochure. Open daily 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The museum is handicapped accessible. |

5. MACGREGOR RANCH (SEASONAL)
Guided Museum tours, self guided outbuilding tours and interpretive trails, horse-drawn machinery exhibits, interactive agricultural buildings tour, wagon rides, agricultural activities, interactive nature center, nature trails and camping, outdoor education sites.

6. ELKHORN LODGE (SEASONAL)
The Elkhorn Lodge & Guest Ranch received its first guests in 1874. Prior to that it consisted of the old lodge and a barn. The 'old lodge' dating back to 1871 is still in use. It is the oldest continually occupied structure in Colorado. The James family started a cattle ranch but determined that lodging for Estes Park visitors, hunting elk and transporting the meat to Denver was more profitable. Take a tour of the Elkhorn Lodge and visit the Elkhorn Lodge museum. |

7. ESTES PARK MUSEUM (CHECK HOURS)
The Estes Park Museum has a series of permanent and changing exhibits, which include hands-on activities for all ages. A touch cart is available and includes objects, games, books and activities related to the permanent exhibit Tracks in Time. Kids and adults are sure to enjoy this free activity.

8. HYDROPLANT (SEASONAL)
The Historic Fall River Hydroplant, built by F.O. Stanley to power his famous Stanley Hotel in 1909, is open to the public as an interpretive center. Stanley sold the plant to the Public Service Company of Colorado in 1928. In 1945, the Town of Estes Park bought the plant and maintained it until it was severely damaged by the Lawn Lake Flood in 1982. The Historic Fall River Hydroplant features the original equipment installed by Stanley in 1909, machinery from an addition in 1921, and a diesel unit installed by Public Service in 1938. In addition to the equipment, there are panels that document the story of the plant, the growth of Estes Park and its insatiable need for electricity, and the Lawn Lake Flood of 1982.

9. STANLEY MUSEUM (CHECK HOURS)
The Museum commemorates and preserves the heritage of Stanley family genius. The famous 'Stanley Steamer' automobile was invented by Francis Edgar Stanley and manufactured by him and his twin brother, usually referred to as the Stanley twins, F.E. and F.O. The sister, Chansonetta, is equally important for her photographs depicting rural turn-of-the-century American life. Come and enjoy a ride on the Stanley Steamer.
